These general terms of service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the legal relationship between the operator of the Salesbot.cz platform — Sales Robots s.r.o. (Company ID: 09586563, Generála Šišky 26, 143 00 Prague; hereinafter "Operator") — and the user of this platform (hereinafter "User"). The contractual relationship is governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code, and other applicable Czech legal regulations. These Terms primarily apply to contractual relationships between businesses (B2B), where extended consumer protection rules do not apply.
The Salesbot.cz platform enables Users to automate selected activities on LinkedIn (e.g. sending messages, publishing posts, or reading messages) via the Unipile service (unofficial access to LinkedIn, not the official API). The User acknowledges that:
The User is obliged to use the Salesbot.cz platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws (in particular LinkedIn's rules). The User is solely responsible for their activities and LinkedIn accounts.
In the event of a temporary restriction or blocking of a LinkedIn account resulting from the use of the Salesbot.cz service, the User is solely responsible without limitation. The Operator disclaims any liability for damages or losses (including lost profit, data loss or reputational harm) arising from actions taken by LinkedIn or other third parties.
The User acknowledges that the Operator provides no warranty as to the result of using the platform and that service operation may be interrupted for technical or operational reasons (e.g. system maintenance, changes in LinkedIn's interface).
The Operator provides the Salesbot.cz service "as is", without any warranties as to results or trouble-free operation in relation to LinkedIn.
The Operator is not liable for:
In B2B relationships the parties may, within the limits permitted by law, exclude liability under the Civil Code; however, such exclusion does not apply to cases of willful misconduct and gross negligence.
The Operator processes Users' personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data protection).
Data is used exclusively to provide and administer the Salesbot.cz service (user registration, communication, billing, support, etc.).
Detailed personal data protection rules are set out in a separate document (Privacy policy), which forms an integral part of these Terms.
All rights to the software, design, logos and other content of the Salesbot.cz platform belong to the Operator. The User may use the platform only for their internal needs in accordance with these Terms and must not make it available to third parties.
Content created by the User (e.g. their own message texts or analyses) remains the property of the User, while the Operator uses it only to the extent necessary to operate the service.
The Salesbot.cz service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. The price is set by the pricing on the Salesbot.cz website and is always stated excluding VAT.
Payment is always made in advance (e.g. by invoice or payment card). The service is considered paid at the moment the payment is credited to the Operator's account.
The subscription renews automatically every 30 days (in the amount according to the current pricing) unless the User or the Operator terminates the contract in time before the end of the current period.
The User may terminate the contract at any time with a one-month notice period ending on the last day of the currently paid period. Termination takes effect only after the paid subscription period expires; the Operator does not provide refunds for the remaining portion of the subscription.
The Operator may terminate the contract in case of a material breach of these Terms or non-payment. The Operator may also immediately block access to the platform if necessary to remedy security incidents or breaches of LinkedIn's rules by the User.
Upon termination, the User's right to access the service ceases, and their data may, after the applicable period, be further processed or deleted in accordance with GDPR.
The contractual relationship arising from these Terms is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic (the court with jurisdiction at the Operator's registered seat).
Consumer-protection provisions do not apply to the relationship between the Operator and the User (the User acts as a business).
These Terms take effect upon their publication on the Salesbot.cz website. The Operator reserves the right to amend or supplement the Terms; the User will be informed of material changes at least 15 days in advance (e.g. by e-mail or notification in the application). Any deviations may only be agreed in writing.
