Daily and hourly budgets
Messages, invitations and profile visits have individual limits and a combined budget. Server-side reservation helps prevent concurrent requests from spending the same allowance more than once.
Account safeguards in the app and through MCP
Stay in control of outreach volume, message content and sending times. Salesbot combines server-side budgets, gradual warm-up, pacing and approvals so that automation does not mean uncontrolled sending.
An account’s capabilities depend on its history, connection and LinkedIn subscription. Salesbot combines several controls instead of promising that a particular number of actions is always safe.

Configure the days and hours allowed for outreach. A running campaign does not mean around-the-clock sending: scheduling and execution checks respect the account’s working window.
With warm-up enabled, automation starts at a fraction of the configured maxima. Volume increases in stages rather than jumping to full capacity on day one.
Variable delays, protective pauses and an account-load model reduce bursts of activity. They do not conceal automation or guarantee that LinkedIn will not detect it.
An AI draft is not a sent message. Campaigns include a message-review step; one-off MCP actions wait for approval in the app when the default approval setting is enabled. Automatic approval is a separate choice, not a requirement.
Checks when adding and sending help prevent repeated outreach to the same contact. Campaign controls also consider excluded contacts, recorded replies and the company blacklist.
If LinkedIn displays a warning or you want to interrupt activity, use Emergency Stop and pause your campaigns. A request already sent to the provider cannot be recalled.
MCP requests have frequency limits, and LinkedIn searches have additional budgets and spacing. Standard and Sales Navigator search use different settings. Telling an agent to “keep going” must not become a way to bypass protection.
With warm-up enabled, the stages are 10 → 30 → 60 → 100% of configured limits. Other daily, hourly and operational checks can reduce the actual volume further. A higher Salesbot subscription does not itself provide LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator.
Distinguish a planned Salesbot budget from an actual provider warning. Each calls for a different next step.
This is an application-configured budget. Queued campaign actions may move to the next allowed window; an AI agent must respect the returned waiting instructions.
A cooldown spaces out requests. Respect the returned delay and work with saved data in the meantime. Do not switch to another LinkedIn tool just to bypass the pause.
Interrupt automation, open LinkedIn itself and read its instructions. Do not make rapid repeated attempts or resume campaigns before confirming that the restriction has ended.
Active account protection
A unified protection layer checks persistent account state before automated LinkedIn requests in the app, MCP and background jobs. When a restriction is recognised, it stops further activity instead of repeatedly retrying requests.
Checks run before the next request; an already-inflight request cannot be recalled. If LinkedIn displays a warning, also use Emergency Stop and inspect the account directly on LinkedIn. Failed alert-email deliveries are retried every five minutes.
Protection is about more than sending speed. It also matters who can act on your account and what instructions your AI agent receives.
No. Safeguards help control the volume and execution of automation, but LinkedIn decides whether to restrict an account. No action count or paid account type guarantees zero risk.
Yes. Applicable MCP operations use server-side limits, protective spacing, configured approvals and account-stop checks. Agents must respect returned errors and waiting times, not bypass protection through another LinkedIn tool.
No. Sales Navigator may provide different search capabilities and protective budgets, not unlimited invitations or messages. A Salesbot subscription is a separate service and does not activate a paid LinkedIn account.
Saving a contact is not sending. For a campaign, prepare the steps and messages, complete the applicable review and start the campaign. One-off MCP actions also depend on your approval settings.
Stop automation, open LinkedIn itself and follow its instructions. Do not bypass a CAPTCHA. Do not continue through another tool, and confirm that the restriction has actually ended before resuming campaigns.
No. Salesbot is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn and uses Unipile for the relevant functions. Automation may conflict with LinkedIn’s rules; safeguards do not remove that risk.
Salesbot protective budgets are not official LinkedIn limits or confirmation of compliance with its terms. Salesbot cannot guarantee account availability, undetectable automation or protection against restrictions.
Start with conservative volume, check your settings and keep the final say before sending.
